Become an inclusive, anti-racist Early Educator

We've created this guide for our tiney registered childminders so they can support children to develop openness, empathy and curiosity. We decided to make it a free resource for all Early Years Practitioners when we saw the lack of existing material on this important topic of raising children to become inclusive, anti-racist adults.

I understand that by downloading this, I may receive communications by email from tiney and that I can opt-out at anytime using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the communication emails. (See our Privacy Policy for more)

tiney's Inclusion guide

Who are tiney?

tiney is a dynamic childminding agency founded by the brains behind Teach First. We're using tech to empower a new generation of educators to create successful, home-based businesses to unlock the potential of every child.

At tiney, we are focused on building a forward-thinking, sustainable and responsible agency that keeps children at the centre of all we do. tiney supports our childminders to ‘unlock the potential of every child’ as we know the difference it can make when someone really ‘sees’ your child and knows exactly who they are.

About the guide

In the Early Years, we have the privilege of working with children while they’re learning how the world works. We need to make the most of this opportunity to introduce them to other lives and perspectives, to help them to develop openness, empathy, and curiosity, and grow up to become inclusive, anti-racist adults. As a result, we offer this guide to the Early Years sector as a whole, in the UK and beyond. Although it was written for our community of registered tiney childminders, it is relevant for Early Educators of all kinds.
